Karen McCarthy

Managing Director

Karen McCarthy, Managing Director and Founder of Inspire Group, is a member of the Saddle Lake First Nation. She holds a First Nation Governance Management Degree as well as an Executive MBA. Karen has more than a decade of experience providing advisory services to all levels of government, indigenous leadership and the private sector. She is deeply engaged in the community and passionate about youth mental wellness and creating strong leaders.

Brian Favel

Director of Construction

Brian Favel is a journeyman plumber, pipefitter and PSDS installer with over 25 years experience building and managing construction projects. Brian oversees development projects and is passionate about solving housing challenges in Indigenous communities.

We are passionate about building community and investing in communities where we work and live.
